Mohan is a Global and Indian CIO 100 Honoree and has over 25+ years of Technology SME Experience of which he spent more than 12+ years Executive IT Management Experience in overseas and India. Mohan worked as CTO with Reliance Life Insurance & Reliance Capital. Committed to the objective of positioning IT as a Strategic Business Unit that builds its Technology Strategy centered on business demands, he initiated, strategized and delivered a niche process Automation benefit. This made the company move from No 18th Position (2005) to 4th Position (2010) w.r.t New Business Premium and induced nearly 8 million customers in 4 years of Operations. From 150 branches and less than 1000 employees RLIC grew to 2000+ branches and nearly 25000 employees in a period of 5 years. RLIC moved from personal customer touch point through Branches in 2006 to Multi dimensional touch points Like Mobile Portal, Customer Portal, SMS, Emails, chats, Contact centers & traditional Branch, Letters and Fax.
The Enterprise IT Architecture deployed helped the Company to expand multi-fold within a few years of operations as well as enabled business process automation, thus, giving sales and customer services a unique blend of agility, quicker turn-around time, improved efficiency and superior sales/customer satisfaction. There were many first-in-the-market innovative projects conceived, initiated and delivered by Mohan within the international insurance space. When the Global Financial market collapsed, he conceived a unique Co-Sourcing / IT Operation model to contain cost and IT budget.
He also worked as Regional AsiaPac Executive role with Cathay Pacific Airways and Computer Sciences Corporation in Singapore.
Mohan is also Founder CEO of Sudesi Cloud which has become the 1st OEM Partner for AdStringO. He has conceived the adStringO product idea along with the key solutions he developed in Cloud and Mobility space and successfully sold to more than 20+ Large Corporate houses in India.
Sankar Mahalingam, Co-Founder & CTO, is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in building scalable, enterprise-grade software systems. Holding a Master’s degree in Software Technology and Management, he has led the architecture and deployment of mission-critical platforms across the BFSI sector, including his tenure at Reliance Life Insurance and AMP Sanmar Life Insurance.
At Reliance Life, Sankar played a pivotal role in designing and rolling out high-impact digital infrastructure—such as CRM platforms, automated underwriting systems, branch tokenization, and customer-facing portals—that enabled operational scale, process automation, and improved customer experience.
As Co-Founder & CTO, he combines deep technical expertise with execution excellence, consistently translating complex technology into business value. Over the past 14+ years, forming a proven leadership duo that has built and delivered innovative, market-ready solutions. Sankar serves as the core technical force behind the company’s product vision, scalability, and engineering execution.
Martin Prabhu - Head of Product Delivery, An Engineering Graduate, Have worked in BFSI sector for last 20+ years and worked with companies like, Reliance Life Insurance, Computer Science Corporation (CSC), where he was into Service Delivery Roles.
He handles all product delivery and operations support to AdStringO customers as well to its Partners.
Naressh J Kanwar - Director of Sales, Commerce Graduate from Sydenham college of Commerce and Economic, MBA Certification from Madras Management Association. Have worked in BFSI sector for 30+ years, Worked with companies like, Reliance Life Insurance, Birla Sun life, NBFC’s Insurance and Ratnakar Bank Ltd, Multiple Cooperative Bank where in he was taking care of Marketing & Business Development.
He is focusing both on Indian and International Business Expansion.
Murugan Krishnan – Head of Product Engineering, An Post Graduate in Computer ScienceEngineering , Have worked in BFSI sector for last 20+ years and worked with Reliance Life Insurance , Noveltytek Solutions, where he was into Software Development and Project Management.
He handles Research and Product development activities of AdStringO products.
